We had a choice of either a seascape or a poppy field scene  After arranging our scraps of fabric to suit the background, we hand pleated them and then tacked them to the backing fabric.  Then it was time to start embellishing them with little boats or flowers, beads and embroidery.  When finished they could be turned into a card.... BEAUTIFUL!
