Chair Exercises & Nutritionist – January 2019

In January we decided to get in shape with a set of chair exercises led by Heidi from the Arena Leisure Centre - she showed us how to use those stretchy bands to tone our muscles and improve our strength and balance.  Our photographer was so engrossed in this that she forgot to take any photos, so here's a copy of one of the slides from the presentation!

Then we had tea and cake!

Finally we had a talk by Nutritionist  Diane from Camberley Chiropractic surgery who challenged us to eat a rainbow of different fruits and vegetables and to vary our diet as much as possible.
