It was lovely to see a good turnout for our first meeting of 2022.

Dr Neil Stanley proved to be a high entertaining speaker, as he explained how to get a good night's sleep.

Make sure your bedroom is cool, dark & quiet.  Clear your mind and relax.......

Work out how much sleep you need.  This may be more or less than the recommended 8 hours.  As long as you don't regularly feel sleepy in the daytime, you are probably getting enough sleep!

If you wake up and are struggling to get back to sleep, so something else for a short while - read a book, listen to some music, or empty the dishwasher!
